Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how DRAFTNIGHT LLC ("DRAFTNIGHT," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you visit DRAFTNIGHT.tv, create an account, join or manage a draft, contact support, upload content, or purchase a Season Pass.

Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account information such as name, email address, profile details, and authentication identifiers.
• League and draft information, including league settings, team names, display names, picks, results, commissioner actions, and room activity.
• Content you upload, such as league or team logos, images, audio, and video.
• Support communications and information you choose to include in them.

Payments

Stripe processes payment card details. We do not store complete card numbers. We receive billing metadata such as Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan, payment status, invoice status, transaction amount, and relevant dates.

Information collected automatically

We and our providers may receive IP address, browser and device information, pages or features used, timestamps, referring information, socket connection events, performance measurements, diagnostic logs, and error data. We use essential cookies and similar storage for authentication, room sessions, preferences, security, and core functionality.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide accounts, drafts, live synchronization, uploads, results, billing, and support.
• Authenticate users and authorize access to leagues, rooms, and administrative functions.
• Process purchases, maintain entitlements, prevent duplicate charges, and manage renewals.
• Secure, debug, monitor, analyze, and improve the Service.
• Detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
• Comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect users, DRAFTNIGHT, and others.
• Send transactional and service-related communications.

We do not sell personal information for money or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How we share information

We share information only as reasonably necessary with:

• Clerk for identity, authentication, and account management.
• Stripe for checkout, payments, subscriptions, invoices, and billing support.
• Neon for managed Postgres database hosting.
• Render for application hosting and operational logs.
• Cloudflare R2 for storing and delivering uploaded media.
• Sentry for error reporting, diagnostics, and performance monitoring.

Information may also be visible to other participants in the same draft, such as display names, team details, picks, reactions, uploaded league content, and results. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain league and billing records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations. Retention varies by data type. Account, league, and uploaded content may remain until deletion is requested or the account is closed; transaction and audit records may be kept longer where required. Backup copies and de-identified information may persist for a limited period.

Your choices and requests

You may update certain account or league information through the Service. You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information by emailing support@draftnight.tv. To protect users, we may need to verify your identity and authority over the relevant account or league before completing a request.

We may retain information where required by law or necessary for billing, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcing our agreements. Deleting information may prevent continued use of some features. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights and the right to appeal a denied request; contact us to exercise them.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, authenticated administrative functions, encrypted network transport, restricted upload types, rate limiting, monitored errors, and payment processing through Stripe. No internet service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect account credentials and room access links and report suspected issues to support.

Children and age eligibility

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. Users must be at least 13. Minors may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian, and purchases must be made by an adult or an authorized purchaser. If you believe a child under 13 provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

Data location and transfers

DRAFTNIGHT and its providers may process and store information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the Service, providers, and legal requirements change. We will post the updated Policy with a revised effective date and provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate.
