Season Pass purchases
DRAFTNIGHT Season Passes provide access to the purchased tier and league limit through the expiration date displayed at checkout, generally March 1 following the applicable fantasy football season. Because access and preparation features become available immediately, purchases are generally final except as described below or where applicable law requires otherwise.
Refund requests
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case-by-case. We may approve a full or partial refund or service credit when appropriate, including for:
- A duplicate or clearly incorrect charge.
- An unauthorized transaction reported promptly.
- A material, verified DRAFTNIGHT service failure that prevented reasonable use of a paid draft.
- Another circumstance where a refund is required by applicable law.
Internet outages, local Wi-Fi problems, unsupported devices, third-party platform issues, user configuration mistakes, league disputes, draft outcomes, or a change of plans generally do not qualify unless we decide otherwise.
How to request a review
Email support@draftnight.tv as soon as possible. Include the account email, charge date, amount, and a brief explanation. Do not send card numbers, passwords, host tokens, or session tokens.
We may request additional information to verify the account, charge, and circumstances. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time is controlled by Stripe, the card network, and your financial institution.
Cancellation and access
New Season Passes do not renew automatically by default. If you enable renewal, you may disable it from your DRAFTNIGHT dashboard before the renewal date. Disabling renewal prevents the next scheduled charge but does not refund the current Season Pass or revoke access already purchased. You may continue using the applicable tier until its displayed expiration date.
Upgrades and downgrades
If you upgrade during a season, DRAFTNIGHT may charge only the displayed difference between your current tier and the higher tier. Approved refunds relating to an upgrade are evaluated separately from the original Season Pass. Downgrades are not available during the active season; you may select a different tier when purchasing access for a later season.
Billing issues and chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. We may suspend access associated with a reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or unpaid transaction while it is reviewed. Nothing in this Policy limits rights available under applicable law or your cardholder agreement.
Policy changes and contact
We may update this Policy prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. The policy presented at the time of purchase will govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise. Questions may be sent to DRAFTNIGHT LLC at support@draftnight.tv.
